As even a casual reader of the news knows, our world faces some very daunting challenges. Our climate is changing rapidly, and much of the planet is heating up and drying out. We are witnessing unprecedented droughts, wildfires, and threats to our food supply, along with deadly global pandemics. All the while, our population is growing, creating further stresses on our already over-stressed ecosystems.That’s all the bad news, of course, but that’s not the full story. The good news is that while the challenges we face aren’t easily solved, there are solutions that can change the direction we are on.
